About CX Metric Works

CX Metric Works helps customer experience and quality teams understand their numbers and make more informed decisions. We focus on practical calculators, clear explanations and guidance for everyday operational work.

Why I created CX Metric Works

In customer service and quality management, a useful metric starts with a clear definition. Teams need to understand how a score is calculated, what the inputs represent and how the result relates to their own process.

I created CX Metric Works to make that work easier. My aim is to provide practical calculators and guides that explain the method, show the assumptions and connect the result to everyday CX and quality decisions.

CX & Quality Professional

My background includes customer service, quality audits, coaching, calibration and operational reporting. CX Metric Works brings that experience into a resource designed to help other CX and quality professionals learn, calculate and explain key metrics.

Our approach to tools and guides

Clear methods, useful examples and practical context guide how we develop our resources.

Clear methods

We focus on showing the inputs, formulas and units behind a calculation. Stating the assumptions helps readers understand how a result is produced.

Useful examples

Worked examples turn a formula into something easier to follow. Sample figures help readers check their understanding and learn how to apply a method.

Context and limitations

Metric definitions and scoring rules can vary between organisations. Our aim is to help readers interpret results alongside their own process, targets and reporting requirements.
